How to Order a Transcript

Beginning January 3rd, 2010, CSU Monterey Bay has moved to a paperless transcript ordering process.  All students (current and former) will be directed to the National Student Clearinghouse to order official transcripts.

 Note: Unofficial transcripts are not available for non-degree track students.

Important Notice to All Students:

Students ordering transcripts are advised to check the box “After Grades are Posted”.

• Transcript requests processed before the grades are posted, without the box checked, will result in a blank transcript.
• Students will then be required to re-submit the transcript request and pay the fees again.
